• Tattoos

  • To receive a tattoo you must be 18 years of age or older with a VALID ​State or Federal issued I.D. (Drivers License, Passport, Etc.)

  • No other forms of I.D. nor parental consent can be accepted per NYS law.

• Piercings (Service no longer offered at studio)

  • To receive a piercing (without parental consent) you must be 18 years of age or older​ with a VALID State or Federal issued I.D. (Drivers License, Passport, Etc.)​

• Piercings for MINORS must meet​ criteria listed:

  • Minor must be accompanied by Parent/Legal Guardian who must be present during procedure.

  • Parent/Legal Guardian must present one VALID form of I.D. in addition to the Minor's Birth Certificate. Last names must match on both documents.

    • Further Legal documentation must be provided if:

      • You are the Legal Guardian of the minor.​

      • Last names do not match on identification provided.                                                   (adoption papers, exchange student forms, or guardianship papers)

  • Parent/Legal Guardian must provide written consent (not required for piercing of the ear).

  • Parent/Legal Guardian must sign NYS Department of Health Consent Form (DOH 5072). This is provided at the Studio.

• Piercing services and Age requirements for MINORS:

  • Must meet all criteria listed above.

  • Must be at least 7 years of age for earlobe piercing.

  • Must be at least 13 years of age for any piercing other than earlobes.

  • Must be 17 years of age for lip/tongue piercing. 

  • Nipple piercings will not be performed on any minor under any circumstance.
